Beautiful vintage Emerald cut swiss blue topaz in 14k white gold.  Set into a sturdy 4 prong setting.  Solid and well made piece.  2 diamonds nestled into each shoulder.  In very good condition.  Stone measures approx 14.17 x 9.96mm and is approximately 9ct in weight.
