Natural star sapphire and earth mined diamond ring in platinum. Sapphire is 12.66cts.  Star is a little weak but the color is so pretty.  Set with round brilliant and baguette diamonds totaling 1.81ctw estimated as E-F color, VS clarity range.  Ring has been sized previously.
