Vintage onyx and cameo flip ring in 14k white gold.  One side is a cameo of a lady with a diamond necklace.  The other side in onyx and diamond with silver inlay which is more unusual to find in these pieces.  Also really unusual to find one of these in a larger ring size!  In good condition.  Lovely filigree and details to the setting.
