Chunky oval cabochon onyx with a central old cut diamond in a setting of 14k white gold.  Simple setting but it feels like everything about this piece is on steroids - the stone is chunky!  Diamond is approx .12ct, G/VS2.  Onyx measures approx 22.08 x 16.21mm.  Pretty details to the shoulders.  In very good condition.
