Do I have the words for this piece?  No, probably not!  Large oval opal set in a halo of diamonds.   Huge finger coverage - design measures approx 22.84 x 17.80mm.  Opal measures approx 18.68mm x 13.44mm.  Total diamond weight is approx .75ctw, G-H, VS2-SI2. All in 14k white gold.  Exceptional piece.  Play of color is vibrant and entirely distracting - expect to spend considerable time staring at your hand!  Even distribution with no dull spots.  Just beautiful color to this piece.  In very good condition.
