Fabulous Union Jack heart pendant in 18k white gold. Studded with diamonds, rubies, and sapphires. Chain is adjustable and is approx 17" when fully extended. Puffed heart with .60ctw of diamonds, .90ctw of sapphires, and .75ctw of rubies. So hard to find good quality flag themed pieces like this! New and unworn.
